Data deletion

This page explains how to request deletion of data that Tiskel sp. z o.o. ("Tiskel", "we") holds in connection with your use of the Taxi Copilot Meta app, including WhatsApp Business and Messenger integrations. It also satisfies Meta's Data Deletion Instructions URL requirement.

1. Who this page is for

This procedure is for users who connected a WhatsApp Business Account or a Facebook Page to Taxi Copilot by logging in with Facebook (for example, through WhatsApp Embedded Signup or Messenger Page connect). When you remove the Taxi Copilot app in your Facebook settings, Meta may send us a request to delete data linked to your Facebook account.

If you are a passenger or other end user who called or messaged a taxi company that uses Taxi Copilot, please see Section 5 below.

2. How to request deletion

To request deletion of data associated with your Facebook login to Taxi Copilot, send an email to biuro@tiskel.com with the subject "Meta data deletion" and include:

  • The email address used to sign up to Taxi Copilot.
  • The Facebook account, WhatsApp Business Account ID, phone number ID, or Facebook Page ID you connected.
  • A short statement that you are asking for deletion of data linked to that Meta connection.

We will acknowledge your request and provide a reference number that you can use to check status.

3. What we delete

On a valid request, we delete data we hold because of your Facebook login to Taxi Copilot, including:

  • OAuth tokens and Meta access tokens obtained through Embedded Signup or Page connect.
  • Mapping between your Meta identifiers and your Taxi Copilot account (WhatsApp Business Account, phone number ID, Messenger Page ID).
  • Profile data we may have cached about you from the Facebook Graph API (such as your name or email used during connect).
  • Webhook subscriptions and configuration data tied to your Meta connection.

Data that the taxi company (Customer) holds as its own controller — such as booking history, call transcripts, and end-user messages — is not deleted on the basis of a Meta callback alone; it is managed under the contract with the Customer and under GDPR by contacting the Customer directly.

4. Timeline and confirmation

We aim to acknowledge your request within 5 business days and complete deletion within 30 days, unless we are required to retain specific data by law (for example, billing records under Polish accounting law).

If you submitted the request through Meta (by removing the Taxi Copilot app in your Facebook settings), Meta will receive our confirmation via the standard callback flow.

5. Passengers and end users

If you are a passenger who called or messaged a taxi company on a number or channel managed by Taxi Copilot, the taxi company is the data controller for your data. Please contact the taxi company first to exercise your GDPR rights (access, deletion, rectification, etc.).
